After we started receiving subscriptions from spammers I actually
started to think to remove subscription text on server side :)

We can teach users to fill vCards then. Yes, vCard itself may possess
SPAM, but in this case the subscription will be rejected by a user
instantly, thus, degrading reputation of the spammer's jid rapidly.
