And finally (I hope) XEP-0412: XMPP Compliance Suites 2019 [1] and XEP- 0423: XMPP Compliance Suites 2020 [2] are both in draft, which is just confusing. The 2019 ones should be obsoleted (which wasn't one of the original questions, I know, but it seems worth pointing out in a thread about cleaning up XEPs).
