URI for the sticker image.

So the extent of actual pubsub here is when new sticker packs are installed
by the user on one client then they'll be instantly seen by other clients,
and can be downloaded. Individual messages to other users, or importing the
sticker pack, doesn't seem to rely on the "pub" or "sub" bits of pubsub at
all.

Do you still think this is a problem, and if so, why?
