My StarMax 5000/275 was turned off for a long time and PRAM battery discharged
too deep. When I checked, it was only 3.6V.. I have found that I can
have startup chimes
and still no video. I replaced PRAM battery with a new one but
nothing changes. CUDA button
does not helps.. All attempts to startup my system failed.. I do not
know what happens
with StarMax's PRAM. Do you have any suggestions what to do else?
I used 4.5V 3R12 standard battery with soldered wires from the
original Rayovac battery
and it worked great for a years.. but now my StarMax is not working..
So, if somebody know what to do and how to fix it, pleasee, let me know.
Also, do you know where is a PRAM chip locaded on motherboard and
what is his number?
