It was frustrating to discover a restriction to the amount of text that
can be submitted to the forum. I assume that's why we are advised to
strip the previous meaasages from our responses.
I wrote a long response, had it rejected by the mail server, and broke
it into 3 posts by copying each from the original text. I learned my
lesson. However, the word wrap gets screwed up and what I write became
really interrupted and unreadable in those posts.
I'm not whining, but a creator (not the moderator) of a forum program
has some obligations to us naive users. Can we raise the limit a tad.? I
made a drawing and had a photo to make my answer more clear a while back
and it got rejected as too big. I try to write so the reader has the
best chance to take in what I want to say--and the forum retypesets what
I send. Gack.
