With 9.1 i have>>

1) Open Transport 2.7.6 (needed if connected to a network)
2) Open Transport ASLM Modules 2.7.6 (also for networking)
3) OpenTpt Remote Access 4.0
4) OpenTpt Serial Arbitrator 4.0

I also have NSL UI Library 1.1.3, allows applications to utilize
the Standard Get URL Dialog to find internet services.

Other than that i would suggest reinstalling Netscape.
