I guess i didn't make my message clear, im good at that.

My point was to possibly show where OTUtilityLib comes from.
I do not have the problem(s) that the originator of this thread has.

I turned off Shared Library Manager PPC.
Restarted the computer.
Tried to pull up IE browser.
Got the message cannot find OTUtilityLib.

I searched all my OS Cds using Tome Viewer. 7.6, 8.0, 8.1, 8.5, 9.0, 9.1
could not find OTUtilityLib.

Is it possible that the error message is generated by the Browser ?
