I believe you just need to select ISO 9660 format and they'll be readable by
both platforms.
Which OS are you using ? I have 9.1
Check your Ext. Mgr.

My Extensions Manager has three extensions that MAY apply to this case:
1. Foreign File Access v 5.3.3
2. UDF Volume Access v 1.5.3
3. Adaptec UDF v 1.0.4  http://www.adaptec.com/cdrec

Disclaimer: I have never tried to read a pc formated cd.
I don't know if you need all three of the extensions mentioned above.
