If there's anyone who doesn't get it, it's you. The owner of a list has the right to run their list the way they please. Not to mention that the list mom of this list is a well-respected, good moderator. So, why don't you stop whining about his requests that people follow netiquette (a rather reasonable request), and go save the world from poverty and oppression.
