I made a simple web site with Netscape's built-in editor, and when I went to publish it using Fetch, the apostrophes and quotation marks were translated into weird characters. Since a few pages had been created in Claris and exported, I figured I'd just retype the weird characters in NS and try again. Same thing. They looked like or . I then tried opening the pages and deleting the symbols using SimpleText and tried again. This time they came out as 3. Huh? I tried setting preferences, I tried deleting, reloading, refreshing, I tried everything I could think of, and still they look like . Does anyone have a solution to this problem before I rip out all my hair? :-)
Thanking you in advance,
