Hello all, I have a feeling that this issue has come up in the last year or so, but I will ask anyway.
I am trying to connect my starmax 3000 with OS8.6 to a local ethernet 100 network with windows computers (the server is windows xp), to share a printer and hard disks. The starmax can not find the server and vice versa. Is there any third party software that I need to buy? Will upgrading to OS 9.1 (with a Sonnet G3 400 card) solve the issue? I have a feeling that OS 9.1 needs extra software to "see" windows servers. Thanks Carlos Ruiz Carlos R.
