Note that > 75% of all tweets are sent from mobile devices (accrding to
twitter). In my case I use Jabber on my Blackberry for > 95% of all my
dents.

A defined location set in the profile is a fallback IMHO. Mobile denting
is the default IMHO. So I would strongly support Craig's approach.
