This needs to go out as soon as possible. There have been far too many
changes from the last release not to. And progress has slowed to a
near-halt (bit-rot has set it). I'm going to create a Mac version over this
weekend, and can a Linux too, unless someone else wants to. That leaves the
Windows version.
