I can make a windows version any time. I have alreay done 4906. It only takes
about 20 minutes and I can upload it to my web site. where you can collect it.

This needs to go out as soon as possible. There have been far too many changes
from the last release not to. And progress has slowed to a near-halt (bit-rot
has set it). I'm going to create a Mac version over this weekend, and can a
Linux too, unless someone else wants to. That leaves the Windows version.
