[stfax] Independent Mode missing

Hello,

I want to test the stand alone mode of STFax.

My modem is a "USR 56k Professional Message Modem".
Installed Version of STFax is "V3.7 DEMO".

I did not get this independent mode requester.
How will I get this requester?
