There is an already fixed bug in the resampling routine which
trashes memory, sigh.
You can have a better luck if you convert the AIFF file to the
right frequence before feeding STFax with it. The freq should be
7200Hz for ZyXELs and Rockwell based modems, 8000Hz for USRs
