Yes you are missing "vapor_toolkit.library" I had the same problems as your
goodself - and Simone Tellini (the Wiz) came back to me and gave me a fix.
It appears that "vapor_toolkit.library is missing from the CD edition. I
installed it and it went okay - I am having slight problems resetting but
no doubt I will over come.
I will try and send you the file - but do not hold your breath as I am not
an expert.
