Have you got vapor_toolkit.library installed in LIBS: - I've heard
that this is not supplied on the CD (or at least, not copied to your
HD by the installer), and STFax 4 requires it in order to run. If you
haven't got the lib, then you should be able to find it in pretty much
any of the packages on http://www.vapor.com/
