[stfax] Dial Prefix and Prefix Strings

Could someone please tell me what strings to  put in the 'Dial Prefix' and
'Prefix String' boxes in modem prefs. The information for these boxes in
the STFax guide is a bit thin, and I haven't a clue as to what I am
supposed to put there. 
I'm using a Dynalink V1433VQE modem.
