Hi, First thanks for such an extremely useful tool. I can't live without it any more.
The only feature I miss is: [st]git reset HEAD^ / [st]git commit --amend Often I want to select and extract some parts of a patch and transfer them to the workspace. The least unconvenient way I found to do this is to use "stg delete --spill" and then stage and recreate a smaller version of the patch, leaving the rest in the workspace. The inconvenience is in the need to recreate the patch. It would be much more convenient with a "stg spill" command that does not delete the patch but only empties it. But maybe this feature is already there and I just could not find it? If it is not there, how difficult would it be to implement and how would you do it? I mean, as a new option to an existing command or as a new command? Thanks! Cheers, Marc _______________________________________________ stgit-users mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/stgit-users
