Our site was recently added to the list of forgery sites, but we don't
have a malicious or phishing site.

Can someone explain to me how this could happen?  If google actually
looks at the site being reported, why don't they contact the owners of
the site first?  My guess is that google doesn't actually check the
site or runs some automated process and just adds it.

Anyway, I've requested for our site to be removed from this list, but
I think this is a major issue for google and ff3.  When reputable
sites require 100% uptime and this occurs, it's very damaging to the
site owners.

Also, why doesn't google provide more than a basic request form for
removal:
http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_error/?tpl=mozilla&hl=en-GB

This doesn't let you know of the status, and if someone is willing to
actually request a removal, chances are they are probably the owners
of the site.

Anyway, I hope our site is fixed soon... from reading online sources
this seems like a new trend.
