andreliem, It seems there is indeed a few "false" positives in this category. I'm not sure how this is detected or defined within Google, but in the first thread you mentioned, there is a link to a page where you can request a removal from the list off of these sites.
I hope this resolves the issue, otherwise do let us and Google know about this.
