What domain are we talking about? We processed a review for
spyeglass.com(your email domain) in August and found it clean. A
site:
spyeglass.com query shows results so you're being crawled and indexed (and
there are no malware warnings on that page -
http://www.google.com/search?q=site:spyeglass.com). If you're looking for
ways to raise your ranking Steve's suggestion of posting in
http://groups.google.com/group/Google_Webmaster_Help is probably your best
bet.
If it's a domain other than spyeglass.com, please let me know asap. Reviews
are usually done within hours - so 3 months is _way_ too long!

Anirban, here's Google's "official" answer to your question (from
http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2008/04/my-sites-been-hacked-now-what.html):<http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2008/04/my-sites-been-hacked-now-what.html>

Q: I've cleaned it up, but will Google penalize me if the hacker linked to
any bad neighborhoods?
A: We'll try not to. We're pretty good at making sure good sites don't get
penalized by actions of hackers and spammers. To be safe, completely remove
any links the hackers may have added.

Hope that helps,
O.
