As the autocratic regime of strongman Tony 'Tono'
Blair brutally refuses to allow international
observers into the country, and as the persecution of
minorities worsens every day - with the worst ethnic
violence Western Europe has seen in decades; and as
the corrupt despot will never permit troops from the
CIS right of occupation of not only Leeds and Oldham
but of the entire United Kingdom, the INTERNATIONAL
COMMUNITY has no choice but to commence around the
clock terror bombing raids forthwith, with particular
emphasis on targeting BBC broadcasting facilities -
which spew forth the hateful state propaganda of the
dictator and his savage henchmen - and on public
transportation routes and vehicles, petroleum and
chemical storage depots, bridges and other civilian
infrastructure, factories and plants, national power
grids and all dual purpose installations, including
vacuum cleaner and automobile manufacturing
facilities, and assorted other strategic assets,
including but not limited to public housing units,
maternity wards, and all government buildings...and
the United States embassy in London.
Signed this 6th of June, 2001
General Secretary
TROTWTO (The Rest Of The World Treaty Organization)
