If LILO is in the MBR (which is a bad idea, and something you shouldn't
do to begin with), you can just boot from a DOS boot floppy and run "fdisk
/mbr".  If LILO is installed on your Linux partition (the way it should be),
just boot from a DOS boot disk and set your Windows partition back to the
active partition.  Your message indicates you have it installed in your
MBR, so "fdisk /mbr" is what you need.  (And next time, don't put LILO in the
MBR).
