Storm and NT4 should be able to coincide just fine.  I have
Win98, Win2k, and Linux installed on one of my systems.

My advice is to install NT4 first, making sure to leave enough
space for Storm.  Then install Storm next.

If you have problems getting LILO configured to recognise NT,
give me a shout and I'll help you out.

Note:  You'd do extremely well to allocate 16 megs or so at the
very beginning of your hard drive and use this to mount /boot.
