If I upgrade to potato using dist-upgrade I get a message that about 140
mb will be downloaded. I also get a message that a number of files will
be removed including sl-sat and sl-stormpkg. If issue the command
apt-get upgrade on the other hand, only about 40 mb are downloaded, and
I have no message that sl-sat and sl-stormpkg will be removed. My
questions are:
What is the difference between an upgrade and a dist-upgrade?
Is there a potato version yet of sl-sat and sl-stormpkg, or must I
remove something which conflicts with the new versions?
Also, is ftp.kde.tdyc.com the only location with debian versions of KDE?
(They have been down for a couple of days now).

Thanks ahead of time for your suggestions,
Glen
