hmm, strange error from stormpkg. I'm not sure why stormpkg would need
access to /dev/dsp (dsp=digital signal processor used by many soundcards)

not sure, you might want to purge it from the system and then do the
following as root:
apt-get update
apt-get install task-stormpkg
It sounds like you may be missing something but I'm not sure why.
