yes, however I would add...
easiest thing to do is disable the one for the CD rom for now by putting a #
character on that line (comment character). save the file and try it again.
remember to remove the old stuff first or it may not work.
question, is this an apt-get dist-upgrade from the Rain release or a new
install of Storm "Hail"?
