I tried insmod ide-scsi and the message I rec'd:

insmod: ide-scsi: no module by that name found

I am did read the HOWTO and every option was selected in the kernel. I will
again view the kernel options. By the way I am using kernel 2.2.17 and the 250
ZIP Drive uses the parallel port. Any other ideas?
