Morning Folks,
I find myself searching for a hig-end laptop to run Linux on. So, before I
drop $4000.00 to $6000.00 on a notebook, I thought I'd see what people on the
list have to say.
Here's my requirements:
- P3 600+
- 256MB RAM
- at least 14.1" display
- 10/100 NIC
- built in modem
- DVD/CD-ROM
- built in sound
- at least 10GB drive
- must be able to run Stormix
I really like the new HP OmniBook XE3, but they can't confirm if it is Linux
friendly.
