Hello, I am an 18 year old physics/mathematics major who is new to Linux
and switched for academic reasons. On the advice of a friend, I tried
Debian GNU/Linux as my distro. I liked the package manager, and found
all the software I needed, but found it quite impossible to use. I had
neither sound nor printing, and frankly couldn't figure out how to use
it. I was a bit discouraged, until somebody recommended using Storm as
my Debian. I ordered the package, and have just had it installed for 3
days now. Wow! It installed with incredible ease, and both my sound
and printer worked instantly. I have no problems configuring my system,
and I love getting to choose GNOME, KDE, or WindowMaker every time I log
in. I was online and configuring my desktop within minutes. Installing
packages, doing system configuration, and using the OS in general is
astonishly easy. I had no idea Linux could be like this! I am
completely shocked at how good Storm Linux is. Just wanted everyone to
know how incredibly pleased I am.
