I've tried apt-get install with testing
I found that stormpkg depends on kterm which was also removed in the upgrade.
kterm depends on locale-ja and if I try to install that I get:
locale-ja: Depends: libc6 (>= 2.1.3-4) but it is not going to be installed or
libc6.1 (>= 2.1.3-4) but it is not installable
So I guess the problem is with the libc6 upgrade
