Hi Glen
I don't know how you got to those dependencies but something's screwed
there.
I don't have neither kterm not locale-ja yet stormpkg works just fine
here.
It is a straight install (base potato -updated to sid then installed
tasks
and packages form sid.I don't have the problems you mention.I don't
have
any potato or hail lines in sources.list either .If you have those I
guess
it may be a problem.
I would suggest you make sure you don't have any hail/potato sources
,then
issue the apt-get update ,apt-get dist-upgrade ,apt-get -f install ,
dpkg --configure -a
If else fails try sid for now.It works here ,with a 2.4-pre kernel
,latest KDE,X4.02 ...
