I've just found a site that gives me enough information to have a go at
installing a dual boot Linux on one of my machines with an ATA66 card
installed.  The main ussue has been getting the installer to recognise the
drive, but by using the following parameters (derived using the help of the web
site):

ide2=0xd800,0xdc02 ide3=0xe40,0xe802

at boot time I can get the drives attached to the card recognised and running
at ATA33 rates.  This works great with the Debian 2.2 or Red Hat 7 installer,
but the Storm (Hail) stops dead just after listing my DVD and ZIP 250 drives.
The only significant difference I can see is that the USB interface is listed
by Storm (but not the others), and this is showing IRQ 9 (the same as the ATA
card).

Does anyone have any ideas?  Storm would suit my nicely on this machine.  By
