Ooops.You're right.It is down.Same for the ftp server.Well that's the
only
site AFAIK fot potato.KDE2 is part of Debian unstable(sid).You can
either upgrade
to unstable or wait till the site will be up again.It was reported on
debian-kde
mailing list but so far no reply.
