Hi
I have a PC with a D-Link 538 network card. The chip is a Realtek 8139.
The network does not work after installing storm 2.06. Ifconfig tells me
that an IP address has not been assigned (DHCP). Also networking start
fails. There is a rtl8139.o listed in modules.conf, for eth0.
If i try to assign an IP address manually by: ifconfig eth0 inet
192.168.0.10 up, the output is: eth0 unknown interface.
Does Storm not support the rtl8139 chip (net is working when running w2k)?
