Not sure what you mean by fix mentioned there appears revoked?

I've checked out from trunk and DMF was the same as in my 1.5.2
snapshot; didn't think to check out the 1.5.4 snapshot.
To be clear the code is found in the branch 1.5.x (what I refer to "currently" as 1.5.4 Snapshot).

Although reportedly fixed in the trunk (1.6.0) as well I think this is a mistake and the ticket should be corrected.

Is it enough to copy the DMF from 1.5.4 over 1.5.3 one? I will try it
again in next few days -
Yes. The changes for STS-678 are self contained in the singled DMF file.

GF3 doesn't kill user sessions during redeploy
so switching would be a performance boost for my work, I guess.
I take it you mean you have GF deployed in a clustered configuration but not sure what you mean about:
"switching would be a performance boost for my work, I guess"

What pieces are you referring to?

There were some compilation errors like "Enumaration<String>" is needed
instead of "Enumeration<?>" and like, don't have my experimental env at
hand, so will come back with exact errors later; I thought it might be
that NetBeans switches to Java EE 6 specs when one chooses GF3 as run
target (similarly to the feature that when I switch to Java 6
compliance, enforces @Override annotations, etc.).
Are you referring to compilation errors in your code or Stripes code? Sorry but isn't clear.

In any event I have no idea but if you had something specific then perhaps we can discuss that... .

I work with stripes on glassfish a lot, so could be able to fix/text
some gf-related bugs for sure. When I have some spare time, I'll also
look over the ticket list on Jira, perhaps I could offer my work on some
of them.
That is great. Perhaps some one can chime in with how you can get involved?

Cheers,
