There is no inside -- everything is out here on this list and in the
archives. Really it is. 

There are things that people have reported regarding beta-1 which would
have to be changed and circulated as beta-2. 

If you look around Jakarta, you might notice that most products go
through at least three betas, and five is not unusual. 

The beta-cycle for Struts 1.0 took about six months, and we were in a
hurry =:0)
