Bugzilla sure is wierd. It brought me back to the bug page as it was when it was CLOSED LATER... It provided a notice that the reopen change was being emailed to Craig. Once I clicked Return to Bug #889 it showed the neccessary options to close it. Sorry.

Considering I don't want to burden the committers with any confusing emails about reopening CLOSED LATER bugzilla reports, I will not proceed. We should get rid of all these bogus enhancements though. It will cause a lot of confusion once we get people digging around to find out ways they can contribute.
