Hi Davor, Although it isn't open source, we have a tag library for WAP/WML. It is part of a framework that supports a number of device types. The latest one we hope to add soon will be VoiceXML. The framework also has a set of generic tags that automatically render to the requesting device's type. And of course, the framework uses Struts for the controller layer.
