I am using iPlanet SP3, and I get an error when parsing the following:

<html:link page="<%="/searchHolidayMonth.do?month=" + monthsCount + "&year=" +
currentYear %>" styleClass="secondaryNavigation">
        <strutsbean:write name="monthsInYear" />
</strutshtml:link>

And I get the following error - any ideas?

(42,15) Attribute  has no value
