Glad to see someone else sharing this "sealing error" with me. I also used
the xerces.jar, replacing the jaxp.jar and the crimson.jar, and it solved
the problem. Wonder what the cause was though?

you need to put the jaxp.jar and crimson.jar into the web-inf lib directory
of the war you are running or you can put it in the web-inf/lib of the
container you are running.
That will fix the problem. Had the same problem last week.

I've installed struts running under Tomcat-4.0-b7.
When I try this url http://localhost:8080/struts-example/index.jsp I get
the following servlet exception:
javax.servlet.ServletException: Cannot find message resources under key
org.apache.struts.action.MESSAGE
I'm a beginner and am not sure what's going on. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
