Fr�d�ric,
I think you need these 2 lines in your
ApplicationResources.properties file. (obviously the
html can be different (maybe just  )

errors.header=<font color="red" size="+1"><ul>
errors.footer=</ul></font>

Struts assumes you will always have them (it should
default to a null string if you don't - I think it
maybe does in later versions).
