I have been trying to setup Struts in VAJ 4 using Dennis Pagano's very helpful articles at http://www.noospherics.com/struts.htm. However, after doing everything exactly as laid out in the articles and starting the servlet engine and persistent name server, and then invoking http://localhost:8080/strutsexample , I get Error 503 - "Application is currently unavailable for service". Same thing happens when I try to run the "Noos" application. Any help would be welcome.
