Tiles XML Parser

Hi,

I just installed Tiles and it does not work because I have the wrong XML 
parser.

Does anyone know which is the correct version?

By the way, I installed JDK 1.3.1. for Win2000, Struts last stable release, 
TomCat 3.2.3
