When web.xml tries to get the dtd: <!DOCTYPE web-app PUBLIC "-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Web Application 2.2//EN" "http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/web-app_2_2.dtd";> The server waits for a long time for the request to time out. I don't want to hard code a local path to the dtd and the server can't get accss to the web. Is there a better way to do? Thanks, Adam
