This is an urgent need for a very specific skill set, working on a mission-critical project for a major player in their industry. Projected length of engagement: 3 months Requirements: Overview: 1. Strong experience with JSP, Servlets, Struts Framework, JavaScript, HTML and relational databases. 2. Strong Jakarta Struts experience 3. Able to mentor team members on all aspects of Web Application development (J2EE Architecture, application design, tooling, best practices, standards, etc.) 4. Understanding of J Unit and Castor toolsets. Qualifications: · Experience in designing and implementing highly scalable and reliable enterprise n-tier distributed web applications using JAVA J2EE technologies. · Experience in development of advanced application using JSP, Servlets, JAVA Beans, Struts Framework, JMS, JNDI, JDBC and XML technologies · Experience is designing JAVA components using J2EE patterns · Able to produce high quality production software using industry best practices · Able to work under tight time constraints with changing requirements. · Able to produce excellent, thorough, and concise requirements, design, and development documentation.
