intermittent error 500, refresh brings up jsp

I have struts 1.1b-2 deployed to Oracle 9.02. It deploys and runs, then
periodically when clicking on the image buttons to navigate through the jsp
pages gives an error 500, internal server error. Clicking the
refresh button will fix it, the jsp will then come up and their is no error
recorded in any of the container logs. On my local JDeveloper it runs fine, I only experience
this when I deploy to the OC4J container. Has anyone else had this happen?
