Good point! But aren't the majority of the people on the list already having jobs... ... maybe there should be a "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" for this sort of ads.

Many technical recruiters don't deserve that title and to see one actually go right to the source of the best Struts talent is, to me, quite impressive. If more recruiters worked this way we would have fewer unqualified developers who get hired into positions that could've been ours, just because they have the right buzzwords on their resumes. If this was a general Java job opening that was crossposted to numerous lists or if the list was flooded with such posts, I would have a different opinion.
